Membership becomes effective upon approval by the Society and receipt of full payment.<\/li><li><strong>Membership Fees: <\/strong>Membership is valid from <strong>1 January to 31 December<\/strong>. Annual fees are determined by membership category and may be revised. Membership benefits include Society communications, discounted event registration, and voting rights where applicable.<\/li><li><strong>Payment: <\/strong>Membership benefits begin only after full payment has been received.<\/li><li><strong>Cancellation and Refunds: The<\/strong> Society may cancel membership for non-payment or false information. Members may cancel within <strong>10 working days<\/strong> of membership confirmation for a full refund. After this period, fees are non-refundable.
